Job Title: Ward Manager (RMN/RNLD)

Shift Pattern: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £45,000 - £51,393 per annum (dependent on experience)

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide clinical management and leadership to the ward team, serving as a visible role model.
• Ensure adherence to the highest standards of care and best practices.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of both acute wards, including resource management.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve excellence in patient care and outcomes.
• Act as a senior clinical advisor, offering support and guidance to colleagues.

Requirements:
• Degree or equivalent within Mental Health Nursing
• NMC registration • Previous UK mental health nursing experience Benefits:
