Staff Nurse (RMN/RNLD) - UK

The salary for this permanent Staff Nurse (Mental Health or Learning Disability) job is £34,900- £40,455 per annum + £5,000 welcome bonus!

Job Purpose:
As a Registered Nurse, you provide direct personal care and interventions to patients/service users without direct supervision, and you coordinate the care given by colleagues. The post holder will deliver high-quality, safe nursing care, ensuring consistently high standards of practice and clinical excellence which comply with the Nursing and Midwifery (NMC) Code.

Requirements of the Staff Nurse:
• Qualified Registered Nurse (RMN/RNLD) or nearing the end of your nursing degree/masters
• Knowledge of NMC guidelines, requests and professional practices
• Evidence of post-registration continuing professional development (desirable but not essential)
• Demonstrates a positive attitude and commitment to change, improvement and quality
• Ability to develop and use flexible and innovative approaches to practise
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
