Shift Pattern: Our shift patterns include day shifts from 07:30 am - 20:00 pm and night shifts from 19:30 pm - 08:00 am.
Salary: £37,992 - £40,455 per annum, with an additional £5000 welcome bonus
Griffin Consulting Services Inc. is currently seeking a dedicated Senior Staff Nurse for a PICU (Psychiatric Intensive Care Unit) position at a reputable healthcare facility located in Barnt Green, just a short distance from Birmingham City Centre.
This facility boasts thirty-three beds spread across three wards, catering to various psychiatric care needs. Established in March 2022, this is an exciting opportunity to be part of a new and evolving team committed to providing exceptional patient care.
Duties:
As part of the Registered Mental Health Nurse team, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality, patient-focused care, contributing to the development of new services and care pathways, and actively participating in quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
We are seeking nurses who hold an active NMC PIN and have at least 12 months of post-qualification experience, demonstrating a positive attitude towards change, improvement, and quality. Excellent communication skills and a commitment to flexible and innovative practice are essential.
